I have been practicing in Grand Rapids, Michigan since 1993. I am a graduate of Aquinas College and I received my Master of Social Work degree from The University of Michigan. I received my two year Certification in Hypnotherapy from The Wellness Institute in Issaquah, Washington.
I am schooled in foundations of an ethical and multicultural practice. In addition, I have received education in the practice of the following therapies; Psychoanalytic Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, Existential Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Transactional analysis, Behavior Therapy, Rational-Emotive Therapy, other Cognitive-Behavioral approaches and Reality Therapy.
